This is a 8-hour class and will be taught over 2 weeks. Classes will be 4 hours long with a break lunch and will take place on February 21st 2026 and February 28th 2026 from 10 am to 2 pm. The class will be help in the old USU building across from the Free Health Clinic.
Complete Introduction to the ancient energetic healing art of Reiki, with certification in Level 1 Reiki and initiation.
In this class we will go into the history of Reiki. We will discuss and learn about the practice and levels of Reiki. At the end of the class everyone will receive an attunement.
There will be time during class to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
