This is a 8-hour class and will take place on March 7th 2026 from 9 am - 6 pm with an hour lunch (Provide your own). The class will take place at 121 W 200 S at the old USU office across from the free health clinic.
Review of Level 1 Reiki and a deeper dive into the Reiki symbols. Learn Reiki 2 symbols. Review giving a Reiki session. Learn about the basics of sending Reiki and distance Reiki.
We as a class will do a group distant Reiki session.
At the end of the class everyone will receive an attunement.
There will be time during class to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
