We have all heard for years how stress can effect our health. Living in theses new times is full of all kinds of stress. In the past everyone would have agreed that getting a massage is a great way to unstressed, but what if the thought of being in close contact with some just adds to that stress?
I have several options - One of my locations has a separate entrance that opens directly into the treatment room. No need to sit in a waiting room. I will be wearing a mask during all my treatments and ask that you do as well. If you do not have a mask, face covering, or bandana, I can provide you with a solution. Be assured that I will schedule enough time in-between clients to disinfect the table, door handles, as well as spray room disinfectant. The restroom is in another part of the building but it too will be thoroughly cleaned after each use. I also ask for all sessions that no one accompanies you, unless you need assistance from someone. The same requirements would go for your assistant.
If you still are a little unsure about receiving a full massage, I can do some techniques with you fully clothed and the other option could be a Reiki session. Reiki is relaxing energetic healing. Clothing is kept on during a Reiki session, and I don’t have to physically touch you. I would be closer than 6 feet, we both would wear masks and the same protocol for cleaning would be followed.
There is still another option - Distance Reiki - direct to you via Zoom of FaceTime. One on one sessions where I can send Reiki and guide you in some self healing Reiki techniques.
The most important thing to remember during all of this is to give yourself a break, practice self-care, unplug from the news and social media for a bit and allow yourself to breath and relax.
