Meet LJ BlackburnCaregiving and energetic healing always seemed to come naturally for me. My passion for health and whole person wellness has always been a driving force in my quest for providing relief to those in pain. When I moved to Arizona, I began classes at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe and discovered my calling. Being a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner allows me to provide a service that creates an atmosphere for relaxation and release that can facilitate healing of the mind, body, heart, belly, and spirit. Each therapeutic massage is customized to my client's needs by using a combination of Myofascial release, Myotherapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Polarity, Cranial and other therapies. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your wellness program.
Before I started my career as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner I had years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping. Those skills along with my Quickbooks certification and owning various small businesses gave birth to LJB Consulting - Small business consulting, bookkeeping services, tax prep, Quickbooks set up, and training. When not pursuing my career passions by continuing my education, I spend time doing things I love like reading with my cat, running, gardening, hiking, camping, climbing, and exploring the great outdoors.
